-- " then add your subject. Address it to "support" and send it 
to our domain, "msoracle.com" with the usual "address@domain.com" 
format.  
 
Send no attachments unless they are solicited by us. Unsolicited 
attached emails will be deleted without opening them. 
 
Use plain text format, no html or embedded pictures. "Rich" 
formats are deleted. 
 
Emails must be smaller than 10K (about 5 pages of text). Larger 
files are deleted. 
 
Do not use our email address for any other purpose than direct 
communication with us. When referring us to others, please use 
our website www.msoracle.com, not our email address.
