PERSONAL CONSULTING WITH RICHARD KNAPP 
 
You may obtain an in-depth and personal response to your most 
important questions from the MetaScient Technology creator. His 
purpose is to help you improve the quality of your experience by 
offering ideas on any topic that is important to you. 
 
[Consultation] 
 
You may consult with Richard Knapp by email, or by telephone with 
prior arrangement. 
 
Consultation is considered a mutual sharing: you gain the value 
of Knapp's unique work while supporting it with your financial 
contribution. A unit of time and energy spent on your issue is a 
"Consulting Unit." You choose the number of Consulting Units used 
to create a personal essay or for conversation on the telephone. 
 
You may purchase one or more Consulting Units through our secure 
e-commerce partner, RegSoft, as explained on 
www.msoracle.com/consult.htm [click, 'Consult']. The fee for each 
unit is $59 USD.  
 
After you purchase the Unit(s), send an email with the exact 
subject line "Personal Consultation with Richard Knapp", 
describing what you wish. Scheduling is performed on a first-
come, first-served basis as time allows. Generally, Knapp can 
address your issue within two working days, but there can be no 
certainty of the schedule. 
 
All consultations are held strictly confidential. No information 
of any kind is ever released. 
 
[Email Consultation] 
 
You send Knapp a description of your issue and a particular 
request for ideas. [He might request additional information from 
you.] Knapp will write a brief personal essay that addresses your 
request. Its length and depth depends upon the amount of time you 
request that he spend on your issue [number of Consulting 
Unit(s)].  
 
Whatever its length, the essay will have many dimensions of 
meaning. You will always gain something from it because it will 
stimulate you differently each time it is read, like the essays 
in the MetaScient Oracle. 
 
[Telephone Consultation] 
 
Consultation by telephone requires a minimum of three (3) 
Consulting Units for 50 minutes of conversation originating 
within the United States and Canada, and 40 minutes elsewhere. 
 
All telephone consulting must first be arranged by email. This 
determines what you wish to discuss, how long the conversation 
will be (number of Units), and when it will occur, subject to 
Knapp's schedule. He will call you at the prearranged time. 
 
Richard Knapp is friendly, open, and caring of people. His 
telephone consultation is an enjoyable and stimulating 
conversation on any topic you choose. To be efficient in the use 
of your consulting time, clarify beforehand what you wish to 
discuss, what is most important. 
 
[Special Arrangements & Topics] 
 
Richard Knapp will consider special requests for extended 
consulting arrangements. He also performs technical consulting in 
scientific and engineering endeavors under contract. See

AGREEMENT OF CONSULTATION 
 
[No Presumption] 
 
Consultation is meant only to offer new ideas for your 
consideration. You decide what is valuable, and what to do with 
it. Requests for advice, guidance, prediction, or other 
presumption about "what is best for you" will be answered as 
suggestions for self-exploration. 
 
Richard Knapp makes no claim of knowledge separate from or beyond 
the individual's personal choice. He is not a doctor, therapist, 
counselor, or any other presumptuous "authority". You therefore 
do not consider Richard Knapp to be in any way responsible to/for 
any aspect of your life by offering ideas through the consulting 
process. 
 
[Agreement] 
 
You understand that consultation is a financial exchange for 
Richard Knapp's effort to create ideas from your request. By 
purchasing a Consulting Unit, you accept Knapp's email response 
or telephone conversation as-is in exchange for the fee of 
consultation. You accept total responsibility for listening-to 
and acting-upon any information, knowledge, and/or suggestions 
offered by Knapp in any consultation, free or paid. You agree 
that Knapp is not held liable for errors in email delivery or 
missed telephone appointments at your end.
